SEKURUS GPS WARRANTY

SEKURUS offers a limited warranty that the hardware sold by SEKURUS will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with SEKURUS instructions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the limited warranty offered by SEKURUS is limited for a period of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was purchased. If the time limitation of one (1) year from the date when the hardware was purchased is in non-compliance with mandatory law, SEKURUS offers a limited warranty in accordance.

This Warranty does not apply to:

(i) cosmetic damage including but not limited to scratches and broken plastic

(ii) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

(iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause;

(iv) damage caused by use with another product; or

(v) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the hardware. This limited warranty does not cover software or licenses.

EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SEKURUS PROVIDES PRODUCTS “AS IS” AND SEKURUS MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE PRODUCTS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCESSIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY.

If you wish to make a claim under the limited warranty you have to contact SEKURUS via .comwithin one year from when your hardware was purchased. The hardware must be returned to SEKURUS as soon as possible following your notice to SEKURUS to the address provided by SEKURUS together with an explanation of the defect.

The return conditions applying to your device depend on where you bought it.

If you have bought it from our Sekurus, please see below. If you have bought it from any other company or website, please refer to your purchase/order conditions, and contact the seller for information about how to return your product (if eligible). Sekurus Support is unable to overrule any other seller’s conditions.

IF YOU BOUGHT SEKURUS FROM THE OFFICIAL SEKURUS ONLINE STORE WEBSHOP

You can return any Sekurus product within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the product is in a substantially unchanged state (please refer to our General Terms and Conditions ).

If your product is eligible for a refund, please follow these steps to enable us to refund your product.

1. Contact Sekurus Support by email within 14 days upon delivery and let us know about your wish for a refund.

2. If your product is eligible for a refund, Sekurus Support will send you return instructions.

3. Follow these return instructions to send your order back.

4. Once Sekurus has received your return, we will check whether it is eligible for a refund. If it is, the refund will be processed within few business days directly to the bank account or credit card you had used to place your order.

The data plan will only be refunded if the refund has been requested within 14 days of the data plan’s purchase. If it has been activated, the value of the data plan’s first month will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that all original accessories must be included in the original box when returning your product.

Please note that we cannot guarantee your refund if you send your product back without contacting Sekurus Support first, and/or if you send it in a way which has not been advised by Sekurus Support.

  Regular orders are processed as soon as the order is placed, and will ship within 1-2 business days upon placing an order.

SEKURUS PRE-ORDERS SHIPPING

The Sekurus Model (2G and 3G) will be available for shipping as of JAN 2018.

The Sekurus 4G model will start shipping to North America late Fall 2018. Sekurus 4G is currently not available for pre-orders in Europe.

Pre-orders will be fulfilled based on the region and date of the order. When the product is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details. This is when your credit card/ Paypal account will be charged for the total value of the order.Your order will NOT be charged in advance.
