Your business still files its own notification and carries the six-month standstill period, since a notification is tied to the submitting brand and can't be transferred — we supply the data, you or your regulatory partner file it.

What's the minimum order for custom e-liquid?
1,000 bottles per flavour for bottled private-label orders. Bulk e-liquid is available from a single 1kg drum.
How long does production take?
Around 15 days once the formula, artwork, packaging, and specifications are approved. That covers production only — testing, notification, approval, shipping, and customs run separately.
Can you develop a custom flavour?
Yes — choose from the existing library of 500+ formulations, or send a reference sample or written brief for custom development.
Can I use my own brand and packaging?
Yes. Logo, label, bottle, and packaging are built around your approved brand assets and target-market brief.
Which nicotine options are available?
0–5%, fully customisable, including nicotine-free. Nicotine salt and freebase are both available, depending on device, brief, and destination market.
Can I sell an existing formulation under my own brand right away?
The formulation and its technical data are ready, but a regulatory notification belongs to the brand that submits it and doesn't transfer.
Your business files its own notification and the six-month standstill runs from that date — we supply the ingredient, emissions, toxicology, and test data that filing needs.
Do you support EU and UK compliance documentation?
We supply formulation and ingredient information, MSDS/SDS where applicable, testing coordination, and packaging and label information.
